  1. Can I get the loan for registration fee for DDA scheme or is there any kind of provision if I don’t have one lakh rupee for registration fee but can return in terms of loan or anything like 5k on luck or so!
Please post me on my mail ASAP. Monthly salary– 30k… Being new to this DDA scheme please suggest and guide.
    Thanks.

  2. Do we need to attach the affidavits along with the Application Form or at the time of allotment.
Basically need to know what documents need to be submitted along with the application form apart from a DD of 1 Lac.

    Regards

    Anil

    • You need not to attach any document except application form as now. After the draw, successful applicants will be given separate allotment letter to submit the further details and documents.

  3. i just want to now how will get my registration money after draw 1 lakh

    • It will be returned in the same mode as they received…i.e. If you pay the fees in online mode, you would be received through NEFT or RTGS on same account number with IFSC Code. If applied offline through DD, you will get the refund amount in DD favoring the applicant name.

  4. Gidday Raj,

Just a bit confusion in the brochure as well as information conflicting with facts gained from other sources.. Is this open for Indian Citizen but based out abroad (NRI- but still Indian Citizen)? My assumption is that the level of documentation will be the same as an Indian resident but question is are they allowed to apply?

Secondly- In the brochure, it indicates to prove the ownership of your current residence.. Just bit messing around as if that’s my parents house and father got the ownership, how can i show the ownership of that residential place.. May be I have missed part of it… Can you please throw some light on both my questions?

    Thanks in advance.
    Cheers

    • For applying DDA flats you need to be an Indian Citizen, if you are not a permanent resident of any foreign nation, you are eligible, Dual Citizenship not eligible for applying

As for showing ownership of your current residence, you need to make a domicile from the district office or SDO office i.e. for Residing at place, not the ownership…..You need to justify that you are residing at particular place.

      • Hi Raj,

Thanks for your reply. Just to clarify what I was meant is that if one is permanent resident of a country but still an Indian citizen (Indian passport) then what would be the case? I was made believe that any citizen of India regardless holding PR of any country can apply.

        Your say?

        Thanks in advance

        • DDA rules RULED IT OUT….There is little confusion, I would suggest you to get the advise from the expert or DDA directly in this regard.

  5. I have applied via online mode but by mistake I wrote my email address in the column for correspondence address. Is there anyway I can change that to my residential address?
