Cost of Flats

Most of the flats — 8,383 to be exact — on offer are one-bedroom LIG flats, located in Narela and Vasant Kunj. The 448 three-bedroom HIG flats in Vasant Kunj are expected to cost between Rs 1.5-2 crore and the 579 two-bedroom MIG flats in the same area are likely to cost between Rs 50 and Rs 75 lakh. There are 960 EWS flats on offer in Narela.

All these flats are under construction and only the work of water supply and sewage treatment plant is likely to be completed by July 2019. The LIG flats being offered in this scheme are newly constructed and are much bigger compared with the flats in our previous schemes.
