How To Apply For MHADA Flats in Mumbai 2011 ?

Maharashtra Housing Area Development Authority (MHADA) housing has announced the Application for flats in Mumbai. This time record 4,034 houses up for grabs.

This time MHADA is providing Forms online which can be downloaded from 27-04-2011 To 16-05-2011. Draw of Flats will be purely on Lottery Basis.

Number of Houses

Lower Income Group (LIG) – with a monthly income of Rs 8,000-Rs 20,000 – 3,133 houses.

Middle Income Group (MIG) – earning Rs 20,000-40,000 a month – 280 houses,

High Income Group (HIG) – Earning over Rs 40,000 a month – 365 houses

Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) – 256 houses.

Deposit During Application

EWS will have to deposit Rs 10,000 along with the application form,

LIG will have to deposit Rs 15,000,

MIG Rs 25,000,

HIG Rs 50,000.

Cost of Application : Rs 50 *Addition to Deposit Money

1. Go TO MHADA website

2. Download the Form of Respected Cities , where you want to apply like Pune etc.

3. Fill the form correctly

4. Deposit the Completely filled form with Deposit fees to Nearest Axis Bank Branch.
