Hi Om, You need to visit your post office, they would allot an User-id and a Password (to be used at the time of login) by the Post Bank in the first instance. The User will be required to change the User-Id (optional) and password (mandatory) assigned by the Bank on accessing Internet Banking Services for the first time.
Customer ID and Account ID both are mandatory for enabling the Post Office Account.
