I have appeared for the Prelims Written Exam for RBI Grade B Officers today in the morning session. Prelims Question paper was very lengthy especially incase of Quant and Reasoning.
The pattern of the RBI PT exam is little different since for every section , there was stipulated time. If you have finished your paper earlier than the time allotted, you need to seat ideal, you can't move to another section unless the time for that section start.
As like in my case I had finished the General Awareness paper within 30 Minutes , I wasted my 15 Minutes because as per the rule I was not allowed to open the second section. In the Quantitati
ve paper there were 30 questions and time allotted were just 20 minutes which was much less. I could solve only 15 question, but all are correct.
Guys, I don't know what would be the
cutoff for the exam, but I think it will not go higher than the 40% in each section. What do you say ? if you have appeared in the exam just share your expected marks.
This will help everyone in finding the expected cutoff.
I don't know, what does the RBI want to prove after keeping the Time based Sectional paper ? Anyway, My paper was not very good, I am hoping, that My Good Luck would carry me in clearing the cutoff of RBI.

GA- 60
Eng and Quant – 15 (+-2)
reasoning – 45
GA was easy , Quant was tough and lengthy, reasoning was ok.
cudnt attempt much though in eng and quant but for sure have done all of them correctly

i got the impression that Paper was easy except few lengthy & twisted questions in Reasoning. i completed GA in 40 minutes, was able to complete QA and English in given time. but i was able to attempt only 30 questions in Reasoning as the questions were slightly difficult. but as a whole, i would term the paper was easy.

Even I feel that the cut off should be around 40….. but do u know wat the cut off was last time ? n also they might have different cut off for different sections right or is it the same for all the 4 ?
last time it was 102 marks out of 200
I did 50 in gk and 10 in maths '30 in reasoning but in english it is only 6 , hi guys for english 6 is ok.what wll be cut off for english.
it looks tougher….around 40% would be comfortable…
I did ga 38, qa 12, english 20, tr 26 and all are correct answersis there chancr to crack cut off?
