List of Merging Public Sector Bank (PSB) – After making the Bank Board Bureau (BBB) For Public Sector Banks operation from April 01, 2016 – Government and finance ministry has geared up for merging of smaller public sector bank entities to their bigger part. Presently rumored are popped up regarding creation of Top 6 Bank after merging rest of all public sector bank with each other.
If the finance ministry and government response are considered the proposed six bank with their merged peers will be something like below. This is done only on the basis of Capital Assets, NPA performance and Profitability.
