[Resolved] – SBI “No Accounts Available for the User” Error in Internet Banking, Yono

Fix and resolve the SBI Internet Banking or Yono app error “No Accounts Available for the User” – This is the common error with SBI online banking and Yono application through mobile banking. This error is especially with such customers who are existing customers of the bank and open a new account with the old customer ID or CIF at different branch of the bank. For example, you are having an existing PPF account with State Bank of India and open a new saving account with the same CIF number at different location. In such cases, the internet banking will only show the PPF account number and not the saving account or vice versa.

How to resolve the error “No Accounts Available for the User” ?

Follow the step by step process to rectify the issue.

  1. Visit the Official SBI Internet Banking page or click here
  2. Login with User Id and Password
  3. Click on the menu tab “My Accounts & Profile”
  4. Choose the tab “Profile”
  5. Go to the option “Manage A/C Display”
  6. It will display Hide Accounts and Unhide Accounts, Click on Unhide Accounts 
  7. Provide your Profile Password. Click on Submit button.
  8. Done, you will get a message about the Unhide of the account

Solution – II : No Accounts Available for the User

Resolve using the option “Upgrade Access Level”

If the solution – I is not able to resolve the issue, you may try the another option. Follow the steps herewith.

  1. Go to menu option Request & Inquiries tab and Click on Upgrade Access Level button
  2. Choose the account number and click on ‘Full Transaction Rights‘ displayed under Upgrade Access Level.
  3. Click on ‘Submit‘ button.
  4. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number, enter the OTP and Confirm.
  5. You will receive a message ‘Your request for up gradation of rights for the account selected by you is accepted, and it may take 1 Hr to activate the same in our records’.

  1. When I enter the last otp for upgrading access level it says unable to process the request try later. Already tried many times
