Resolved – Canara Bank, ‘No Accounts available for User’, Internet Banking Error – Recently many of the users has raised the complaint on the blog related to Canara Bank Internet Banking Error, showing as ‘No Accounts available for User’. Check out the way to resolve the error.
The aforesaid error is generally shown while using the Internet Banking of the bank. The error message appears as “there are no accounts available for this function” and doesn’t show any of the linked accounts under Internet Banking login screen.
This error is not common to all the users but specifically to users with account operations as joint or non linkage of the account ID with Internet Banking. The main reasons are
- If the account operation is Joint (not E or S), then fund transfer menu will show this error.
- If your branch has provided “view only” facility in Internet Banking
- If you’re able to login and not see anything else
- Customer ID is merged with different mobile numbers
In such cases you need to contact your home branch and ask them to rectify from the back-end.
