Canara Bank ATM Card Per Day Limit Increased to Rs 5 Lakhs

Canara Bank ATM Card Per Day Limit Increased to Rs 5 Lakhs for PoS. and ecommerce transactions through Platinum & Business Select Credit Card, where as Cash withdrawal limit is revised to Rs One Lakhs from existing Rs 50,000. Similarly the ATM Withdrawal limit is increased to Rs 75,000 for the classic Debit Cards. Bank is issuing EMV/Contactless/NCMC Card to the customers under different variants as mentioned below:

1. Classic/Standard Debit Card.

2. Platinum/Business Debit Card.

3. Select Debit Card.

As per RBI guidelines for enhanced security on card transactions, by default cards issued are enabled for Domestic usage at ATMs & POS only. International/online (e-commerce) usage & contactless usage functionality (in contactless cards) are disabled at the time of card issuance. Customers are facilitated with switch on/off and set limits on the card channel-wise (ATM/POS/ E-Commerce, domestic/international, NFC-contactless), through ATM/Branch/Mobile Banking/Internet Banking/IVRS.
