IBA Rejected 25% Pay Hike Demand 10th Bipartite Settlement

IBA Rejected 25% Pay Hike Demand in 10th Bipartite Settlement of Public Sectors Bank Employees. Indian Bankers Association (IBA) has rejected the Union Demands for salary hike of 25% on pay slip cost on the ground of higher NPA and less profitability of banks in long term.

The IBA deputy CEO has sent the letter to Employees secretary in this regard. What I suggest you to go through the letter and decide yourself ?

IBA

A big slap on the face of helpless bankers by IBA and Government. It’s like someone Begging for their own right.
