11th BPS Load Factor Calculator – 11th Bipartite wage revision is now implemented as it was signed on 22nd July 2020 between IBA and Banker’s Union. The major demand of the bankers i.e. 5 Days banking was not accepted. IBA has also introduced the Performance Linked Incentives (PLI) scheme for bankers based on Operating/Net Profit of the banks. The 11th BPS Salary hike was settled with 15% and Load factor of 2.50%.
