There are two ways to resolve the Error and fixing the issue of Item isn’t Available in Playstore, the first and most common solution is fixing the Google Play Country. This can be done following the below steps :

Change your Google Play country

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Settings >> General >> Account and device preferences >> Country and profiles.
  4. Tap the country where you want to add an account.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to add a payment method for that country.
  6. NOTE: Your profile can take up to 48 hours to update.

Still facing the error :

  1. On your phone or tablet, open the Settings app .
  2. Tap Apps & notifications >> See all apps.
  3. Scroll down and tap Google Play Store.
  4. Tap Storage >> Clear cache.
  5. Tap Clear storage >> OK.

This will resolve the issue and you may be able to download it.
